Night Charge Nurse

We are looking for a Nurse to join our team and provide care for our geriatric patients in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the elderly, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to provide compassionate and attentive care. This position requires the ability to develop individualized plans of care, administer medications, and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team and will help ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

• Provide nursing care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting.
• Perform nursing assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide education to patients and their families about health promotion and disease prevention.
• Monitor vital signs, assess for changes in condition, and document findings in the patient s medical record.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients.

• Experience working with elderly patients in a geriatric/long-term care setting.
