Accounting Clerk – Delray Beach

Pride Staff is hiring a full‑time Accounting Clerk for a client in Delray Beach. Qualified candidates must be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Enter financial data into accounting software with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle processing and ensure timely payments
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Perform account analysis and research discrepancies
• Maintain vendor relationships

• Associate’s degree in Accounting is preferred
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Quick Books
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
