Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview

Prism Resources connects corporate talent with South Florida's top companies. Our client is a large, established corporation with a global presence. They are on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable professional to collect outstanding payments in a timely manner.

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

• Work schedule is on-site 4 day per week with 1-day WFH

• Identify outstanding account receivables and take action to facilitate timely payments.
• Contact clients and discuss overdue payments.
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
• Research historical data for debts and bills.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Maintain/update account status records.
• Prepare/present collection reports
• Resolve customer disputes and shortages.
• Perform administrative related duties such as filing correspondence

• Associate7s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of collection and billing procedures.
• MS Office, and comfortable working with large ERP systems
