Bookkeeper

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions
• Post and reconcile payments, deposits, and bank transactions in a timely manner
• Assist with account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding payment activity and account inquiries
• Support month-end closing processes and other bookkeeping/accounting functions as needed

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience
• Experience with payment posting, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and professionalism
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
