Overview
We''re hiring on behalf of a client who is expanding their support team and seeking a Client Support Specialist in Delray Beach, FL. This is a fast-paced, office-based role ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, following structured processes, and managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients and internal teams, review information for accuracy, and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently in accordance with established procedures.
- Be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a time-sensitive environment; communicate confidently by phone and email.
- Maintain flexibility, reliability, and strong follow-through to support client needs.
- Associate''s degree or higher required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and follow-up skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Ability to adhere to established policies and procedures
- Fluent in English and Spanish: read, write, and speak
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or office operations
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, cooperative, and reliable work style
