We are seeking a Director of Business Development & Marketing to lead PRIME Orthopedics & Regenerative Center growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships on the ground and digitally. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities in Orthopedic referrals such as local businesses referral partners, worker's compensation, and personal injury. Experience and track record will be huge PLUS!
In addition, lead growth of the Regenerative Medicine portion of the practice including stem cells, PRP, wellness, etc. Also help us with our digital marketing presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, business development, operations, marketing with a proven track record of achieving ambitious targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. (digital marketing, local marketing to local doctors, worker's compensation, personal injury, regenerative medicine)
- Digital marketing management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee project management initiatives related to business development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for effective customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategic planning methodologies.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, with experience in leading cross‑functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
