Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Business Development Center Director at Grieco Ford of Delray Beach, FL. The role involves overseeing the daily operations and performance of the Business Development Center (BDC), developing strategic plans to drive customer growth, monitoring key performance metrics, and leading a team of BDC representatives. Responsibilities also include optimizing customer outreach strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, collaborating with sales and service teams, and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and achieve business objectives.
