About the RoleUltimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Permitting Coordinator for our client, a leader in construction and site development. This is a full-time position with overtime opportunities during peak project cycles, offering competitive pay, growth potential, and the chance to work with a national leader in infrastructure solutions. Recent permitting experience in construction or site development projects is required to be considered.
This is 100% in-office position in Delray Beach, FL and looking to hire before end of year! No relocation package being offered at this time.
Key Responsibilities- ✔ Prepare, review, and submit permit applications for commercial construction projects
- ✔ Coordinate with local and state agencies to secure timely approvals
- ✔ Track permits, deadlines and fees in a centralized system
- ✔ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- ✔ Support project managers to align permitting timelines with schedules
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of recent permitting coordination experience in construction or site development
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and permit tracking systems
- Familiarity with local and state permitting processes
