As a Permanent Construction Superintendent – Residential, you will be at the heart of luxury residential construction projects, driving them from inception to completion. This is a hands‑on role that requires a dynamic and motivated individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the world of construction. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from bespoke luxury homes to high‑end residential developments.

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, managing construction activities and ensuring they are in line with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct site management duties, ensuring safety regulations are adhered to and the site is maintained in an orderly fashion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all work is carried out within the agreed financial parameters.
• Utilize construction estimating skills to forecast project costs and resources.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and other technical documents.
• Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration.
• Implement risk management strategies, identifying potential issues and implementing preventative measures.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard and addressing any issues promptly.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a construction management role, with a focus on residential projects.
• Proven experience in managing luxury construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in construction estimating and budget management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
