Malion Construction Inc DBA: MJR Custom Homes is looking for a hardworking and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our growing team in Delray Beach, FL. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a dedicated construction crew where your skills and work ethic are truly valued. Responsibilities:- Perform general construction labor tasks including site preparation and cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing and finishing tasks
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and safety protocols to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Support crew leads and project managers to meet project deadlines
- Prior experience in construction, skilled labor, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Strong physical stamina — able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
- Knowledge of job site safety standards and OSHA guidelines is a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
