We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) customer service representative who will be onsite in a fast‑paced environment, directly supporting our diverse client base. Your role will involve solving insurance‑related issues, answering questions, and guiding customers through their policies, creating strong, trusting relationships with clients from all backgrounds.
