Customer Service Representative

Join Domino’s as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and be part of a dynamic team where fun and food meet. • Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Deal with customer concerns and provide timely resolution.
• Handle cash accurately and conduct monetary transactions.
• Upsell products and promote additional menu items.
• Prepare and assemble Domino’s high‑quality pizzas.
• Follow food and portion control standards.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Support general cleaning duties.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients in storage areas.
• Receive and process telephone orders and inventory paperwork.
• Keep the facility clean on a daily basis.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately (including correct monetary change).
• Use verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate motor movements between eyes and hands for rapid and accurate work.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Communicate clearly with customers and co‑workers.
• Adapt to varying in‑store temperatures and adverse weather conditions during outside tasks.

• Requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), carrying, pushing, climbing ladders, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and frequent hand tasks.
• Experienced exposure to hot surfaces, sharp edges, cramped quarters, food odor fumes, and cornmeal dust.
