Membership Services Concierge – PT Gleneagles Club

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Part-Time Membership Services Concierge to serve as administrative support to the Membership & Marketing Department. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding customer service, manage multi-line phone systems, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations at our front desk. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a memorable experience for our members and guests.

• This is a Part-Time position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn the Club's reservation process and book dining and event reservations
• Help members with website and app username and password issues
• Assist with dining and event confirmation calls
• Answer member inquiries in-person, via e-mail and via phone call
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Membership Manager
• Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer support and assistance

Skills and Abilities

Required:

• Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience

Required:

• Previous customer service experience - country club experience is preferred.
