Interior Designer; In-House

Beachfront Builders is a luxury custom home builder based in Delray Beach, specializing in high-end new construction. Our homes are built with exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and close collaboration with our clients and architects.

We’re looking for a talented, motivated interior designer early in their career who wants to gain real-world experience on luxury residential projects. Working directly with our leadership and project teams, you’ll own interior selections and produce complete interior design sets from concept through construction. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate ready to learn the building side of design and grow with our company.

• Develop, organize, and manage material, finish, fixture, and appliance selections for each project
• Enter and track client selections in Builder Trend, keeping them accurate and on schedule
• Produce full interior design () sets in CAD, including floor plans, interior elevations, cabinetry, tile layouts, and detailing
• Meet with clients to guide them through selections and present design options
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and trade partners
• Help maintain vendor relationships and keep product resources and samples organized

• Degree in Interior Design or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or comparable CAD software
• Strong eye for high-end residential design and attention to detail
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced custom home environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience with Builder Trend, Sketch Up, or rendering software a plus
