We are looking to hire a caring physician who will work as Clinic Medical Director at our private onsite medical center in Delray Beach, FL.
Onsite clinical care offers many advantages including the opportunity to develop strong relationships with employees and to coach them to live healthier lives. You will work as a team with another physician (Center Medical Director), a center manager (Center Operations Director), two medical assistants, front office assistant, and a dietician.

This Private OnSite Employee Health And Wellness Center- Available to all employees enrolled in the city medical plan & their covered dependents (spouses, domestic partners, & children 2 years & older)
- Provides all services & generic prescription medications with no copays or deductibles
- Can help lower out‑of‑pocket costs & improve employee health
- Allows employees to see a doctor while on duty, with supervisor's approval
- Completely voluntary & private; participant's medical information is not shared with the city

- Onsite centers focus on quality of care rather than patient volume: no more than 3 patients per hour for episodic care and 45 minutes per patient for new patient physicals
- Opportunity to design, develop, and implement various health and wellness programs for disease screening and primary prevention
- Only open to employer partner employees and sometimes their dependents, enabling long‑standing relationships with this patient population
- Ability to integrate health coaches, employer‑sponsored disease management programs, and other onsite staff into the treatment model

- Practice medicine as envisioned without the paperwork required by payers in community practice

- Work alongside full‑time Nurse Practitioner + Medical support staff to assist in day‑to‑day operations

Schedule:- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 a‑5 p; 30‑minute hard stop lunch break
- Wednesdays: alternate biweekly with the Nurse Practitioner, early start 7:30 a‑8 a‑5 p; 30‑minute hard stop lunch break
- Fridays: 8 a‑1 p 30 m
- No nights / No weekends / No call – excellent work‑life balance
- Utilize two updated EMR systems:
- Allscripts Touchworks for Employee Health
- EPIC for primary care/urgent care
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Concentra’s medical model
- Establish and monitor appropriate level of care for patients
- Complete all medical record documentation prior to end of shift
- Work with and support Center Medical Director to ensure operations are consistent with medical and professional standards of care, Physician Association, and Concentra
- Meet with Center Medical Director to discuss quality of patient care, review policies, procedures, outcomes reports, and records
- Recommend potential growth opportunities for new or existing services within the Center
- Participate in quality management processes
- Assure personal compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies
