COMPENSATION:
Salary $260k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency.

Role:

• Compensation:
  Base $260k
• Bonus:
  Up to 10% of base salary
• Partnership:
  No Buy-in.
• 18-22 patients a day
• Hours:
  
  Monday Friday work schedule;
  Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel 450 patients max
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or in hospital call
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
• Patient Population:
  Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:

• Residency Trained IM/FM
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
