FEC Manager

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to maintain high customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Research new games and attractions to stay current on industry trends and best practices, enhancing the guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards to keep a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• State alcohol‑server and Manager Serv Safe Certification required.
• Proven experience in FEC management or related role, with strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations.

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Comfortable with flashing lights and loud noises.
