Skincare Specialist (Esthetician) Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Skincare Specialist to join our luxury spa team. This role is ideal for an esthetician who is passionate about skin health, client education, and delivering high-quality facial and skincare services in an upscale, client-focused environment.

$19 per hour plus tips and retail commissions

Full-time or Part-time

• Provide professional facial services, peels, and customized skincare treatments
• Perform thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, treatments, and product usage
• Recommend retail skincare products and spa memberships based on client needs
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust and results

• Active and valid Esthetician license required
• Previous experience providing facials and skincare services preferred
• Strong knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and skincare products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury spa environment
