Dietary Aide

Position: Dietary Aide
Facility: West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Delray Beach, Florida
Shift: Part-Time (Evenings)
Salary: $15.60 per hour

. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, providing flexibility and room to grow.

• Accurately set up and serve resident meal trays according to specific dietary needs.
• Deliver and collect meal trays promptly and courteously.
• Break down trays and manage contents in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Maintain cleanliness by handling trash disposal, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas after each meal service.
• Assist with food preparation for special events and celebrations, following all sanitary regulations.
• Support the department’s safety and efficiency by maintaining equipment and supplies.

• Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred (minimum 1 year ideal).
• Ability to read and follow written directions.
• Experience in Long-Term Care is a plus but not required.
