Responsibilities- Perform routine technical and clerical functions, including specimen registration and billing
- Manage specimen receipt and distribution of laboratory specimens
- Perform phlebotomy duties as assigned
- Oversee Front Office functions and ensure appropriate response to all phlebotomy requests during assigned shift
- Assist in organization and storage of all laboratory phlebotomy and office consumables
- Perform and fulfill all HICS responsibilities as directed during emergencies/disasters

EducationRequired:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred:
Completion of Phlebotomy Program
Required:
6 months of clinical experience.
Preferred:
Above plus basic laboratory computer/laboratory information system experience.

Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification or National Phlebotomy Certification
- Computer knowledge/experience
- Excellent customer service skills
