• Base Pay: $15-$17 per hour
• Differentials Available

• Flexible hours
• 4-hour shifts
• Day shifts
• Monday-Friday availability
• Weekend availability
• Self-determined scheduling

• Provide care in accordance with each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Perform basic health care tasks, including checking vital signs and assisting with prescribed medications
• Support client safety, comfort, and overall well-being
• Assist with light housekeeping as needed

• Active CNA or HHA certification (proof of training hours required)
• CPR certification (online classes not accepted)
• TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
