As an HHA/CNA with Care Connect at Home
, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Meal prep and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
• Following personalized care plans
• Reporting any changes in condition to our team

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
• CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Hoyer Lift Experience*
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
