Bellman, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

As a
Bellman
, you will be responsible for assisting guests with luggage, meeting and greeting guests upon arrival and departure, assisting the front desk staff and concierge, as well as providing lobby door coverage.

• Greeting arriving guests and retrieving their luggage
• Transporting departing guests’ luggage from their room to the lobby
• Ensure that the guest has verified the retrieval of all their luggage
• Assist with keeping lobby area clean and orderly
• Ensure that luggage has been stored safely according to prescribed procedures
• Be fully aware of what functions are going on in the hotel
• Provide gracious, attentive, and friendly service
• Assist with Valet operations
• Other duties as required
