Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We’re a boutique civil trial law firm looking for a professional, organized, and client-focused Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is an in-office position where you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in cases from inception to settlement.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, attorneys, and the court
• Liaison with insurance companies to move the claim forward
• Draft, file, and manage pleadings, discovery, and trial documents
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and trial binders
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and witness preparation
• Support attorney with trial preparation from start to finish

• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of court filing procedures and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and discretion

• Work closely with an experienced trial attorney on meaningful cases
