American IV Association Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible the overall management and administration of the Association’s operations, programs, staff. Working under the director of the AIVA Board of Directors, the Executive Director ensures the successful execution of the Association’s mission and strategic objectives. This role requires a dynamic and organized leader with a strong background in association management, planning and member relations. The role’s character qualities include a balance of leadership, strategic oversight, and hands‑on involvement to drive the association’s mission and enhance its reputation as a leading trade resource in IV therapy.

The American IV Association is based in Delray Beach, FL and this is a full-time position. The Executive Director must be available to work onsite, with the option for hybrid/remote available and must be available to travel throughout the country as needed.

• Senior management experience leading membership-based trade organizations or similar nonprofits.
• Demonstrated success in delegation, business leadership, executive reporting, and overseeing cross‑functional teams.
• Experience directly interacting with key vendors, sponsors, or partners to nurture strategic relationships.
• Expertise in delegating tasks and creating efficient organizational structures.
• Strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by wellness industry professionals and IV hydration therapy service providers.
• Ability to forecast and innovate to adapt to industry shifts.

• Strong planning and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in using modern tools and platforms.
