We’re looking for a Fixed Asset Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our assets — from purchasing and vendor management to asset tracking and accounting. This role blends operations, supply chain, and financial oversight to ensure our assets are sourced, maintained, and recorded efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Manage fixed asset acquisition, tracking, and disposal in Net Suite (or similar systems).
• Lead procurement from supplier selection to contract negotiation and purchase order approvals.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure cost savings and quality standards.
• Oversee periodic asset counts, reconciliations, depreciation schedules, and impairment reviews.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify process improvements in asset management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of fixed asset management with an operations or supply chain focus.
• Experience with procurement, vendor management, and asset tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in operations, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/asset management tools.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.
