Position Overview:

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to contribute to our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines. This position involves various tasks within the manufacturing facility and offers an opportunity for growth within the company.

• Assist in the assembly, production, and packaging of goods
• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle and move materials within the facility
• Assist in other manufacturing-related tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in woodworking is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Forklift training and certification is a plus
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
