Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including grant writing and donor cultivation.
- Manage relationships with current and prospective donors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to promote Arts Garage programs and events effectively.
- Plan and execute fundraising events that align with our mission and engage the community.
- Collaborate with staff to create compelling grant proposals that secure funding for programs.
- Utilize databases to track donor engagement and manage fundraising efforts efficiently.
- Proven experience in nonprofit management or development, preferably in the arts sector.
- Strong skills in grant proposal writing and fundraising strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for public relations and donor engagement.
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to plan events that resonate with our community’s interests.
