Shift: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $32 per hour + shift differentials

Base pay range: $32.00/hr - $32.00/hr

West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This is a great opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive and team‑oriented environment.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure excellent resident care
• Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident
• Perform wound care and related medical treatments
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and promptly
• Maintain resident and staff confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

• Active LPN license in the State of Florida
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
