RN Supervisor

Position Overview

West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor for the 3pm-11pm shift. The RN Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership within a supportive work environment.

• Assist the Director and Associate Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing operations.
• Ensure nursing personnel adhere to their job responsibilities and established care standards.
• Participate in facility inspections and surveys by regulatory agencies.
• Support the development and updating of resident discharge plans.
• Ensure adequate staffing for all shifts to maintain high-quality care.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and resident care; report findings to the Director of Nursing.
• Review and address staff concerns, complaints, and performance issues.
• Welcome and orient new residents upon admission.
• Monitor medication administration and treatment schedules to ensure compliance.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed.
• Participate in resident assessments and evaluations.
• Assist in conducting annual evaluations for LPNs and CNAs.

• Valid, unencumbered RN license (Florida).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
• At least six (6) months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Proficiency in PCC (Point Click Care ) or similar health information systems.
