Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time

Location:

Grand Villa of Delray Beach, Delray Beach, FL

Shifts:

8am to 8pm or 7am to 3pm; and every other weekend

Compensation: $30-$34 per hour

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established policies
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety
• Document all care provided in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in a long‑term care or assisted living setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach to care
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
