Pop Stroke currently has 19 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina, and Nevada with additional venues under development.

What you'll do- Load, run, and unload the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates, and trays in a fast and efficient manner.
- Ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized before putting them away on dish racks.
- Maintain the dishwasher area to make sure it is clean and organized and that the wash cycle is always sanitary and operating at peak performance.
- Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways, remove trash at the end of each shift to maintain safety and sanitation.
- Sanitize work areas and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Assist with deliveries and basic food preparation tasks.
- Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen steward experience in a high‑volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and tools.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
