Back of House Team Member; Nighttime

We're looking for our next great Back of House Daytime Night time Team Members!

This person MUST be available to work between the hours of:

• Monday
  - Saturday: 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. OR
• Monday
  - Saturday: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Current Hourly Pay rate for this availability is $14
-15 an hour.

Based on our industry, Friday & Saturday availability is required. Please note hours are earned and not guaranteed!

At Chick-fil-A, you will play a key role in ensuring that food is prepared and served quickly, safely, and in accordance with Chick-fil-A’s high standards of quality. You will work in various kitchen stations and be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to all health and safety regulations.

• Prepares, cooks and assembles menu items in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, safety and presentation.
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stocks and organizes kitchen inventory as needed, ensuring proper rotation and monitoring expiration dates.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized kitchen at all times, following all sanitation and food safety protocols.
• Works safely with kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or malfunctions to the Director or Team Leaders.
• Collaborates effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, while being adaptable to various shifts and responsibilities.
• Keeps up-to-date on new menu items, attends all in‑house training, and any operational changes, adhering to all Chick-fil-A rules and the dress code at all times.
• Stores inventory supplies in the respective areas. This involves carrying loads of 25+lbs on a daily basis.
• Completes all opening or closing procedures as assigned, ensuring the kitchen is prepared for the next shift.
• Honors and encourages others to follow and fulfill the purpose and values of the Chick-fil-A Atlantic Avenue.
• Fulfills any other other suitable duties as assigned by the Leader or Director.

• Must be available to work a minimum of three days per week during the time slots specified above.
• Prior experience working in the food service industry is not required but would be preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be comfortable working in the heat and in the cold (freezer/fridge).
• Must be able to lift items over 25 lbs. on a daily basis.
