We are looking for a high energy, driven, and motivated Senior Sales Consultant with exceptional hands‑on/self‑starter sales aptitude to expand our Del Ray Beach/South Florida territory.

Candidates with self‑funding experience within the benefits industry (or medical device industry) and a history of success with a book of business, and who can coach/mentor other team sales professionals are ideal.

On‑site training will occur in our Woodbridge, NJ office followed by a flexible hybrid and field sales schedule in Florida to ensure we can set you up for success.

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience as a Medical Benefits Insurance Field Sales professional with a proven sales track record and preferably a book of business.
• Tenacious cold‑calling and closing business deals, strategically partnering with our Benefits Accounts Management team.
• A passion for excellence and a desire to join a supportive, family‑oriented company.
• Proficiency in key software tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Suite.
• We are NOT seeking candidates with Medicare, Life Insurance, Financial Planning or P&C background.
