Inside Sales Representative

. This nationwide magazine is published quarterly and distributed across 40 to 50 markets, spanning cities from San Diego and Las Vegas to Virginia Beach and Boca Raton
. In this role, you’ll connect with small to medium-sized business owners, partnering with them to grow their visibility and reach more customers through our targeted print and digital marketing solutions.

• Conduct outbound calling to potential customers, introducing products and services effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Communicate product knowledge clearly to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with Ring Central or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
