Join Our Team:Join our team as a Sales Associate where you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. We are seeking individuals with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will contact law firms throughout their territory to develop relationships with the lawyers, present our value proposition, educate them, and keep them up to date on marketing opportunities that the agency has to offer.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, take initiative, technologically competent, charismatic, consistent individual, with good people skills, and present themselves in a well-dressed, professional, and classy persona.
- Generate new relationships with law firms
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain a level of engagement with all active and prospective accounts
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- 2+ years of Business Development, Account Management or Sales experience in the Personal Injury/Tort Legal vertical is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in mass torte marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
