Orange theory Fitness is looking for a passionate Sales Associate to enhance our members’ experience and be a brand ambassador for the OTF community.
Schedule:
This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, in addition to possible weekend shifts as available.

Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledgePresenting the OTF concept to any interested prospects, also known as “intros”Maintaining our front desk which includes answering phones, talking to members, and other tasks that arisePresenting studio tours to potential membersCollaborating hand-in-hand with the coaching team to guide intros through their first Orange theory workoutSelling memberships to help the studio thrive while achieving assigned personal sales goalsFollowing up on prospects and other outreach calls to support studio growthHandling member’s concerns in a professional and objective mannerParticipating in studio marketing and outreach eventsEnsuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organizedAre you Qualified?
High School Diploma or equivalentExperience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred)Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)About Us
