Security Officer Part Time Service Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare-related residential community.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of community buildings, common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures; document observations and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence and communicating clearly with site contacts.
