- Complete company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
- Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and recommending the most efficient and innovative solution.
- Prepare and install services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
- Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete all required service‑related documentation using the provided hand‑held device.

- No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently, manage route‑based assignments and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.
Physical Requirements
- Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willingness to work in different weather conditions.
