The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production and facility equipment. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on production machinery and facility equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, hydraulic schematics, electrical diagrams, and pneumatic blueprints.
• Calibrate, adjust, and align equipment components to manufacturer specifications.
• Install, modify, and upgrade machinery, automation systems, and associated controls.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend improvements to reduce recurrence.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, motor drives, and automated equipment.
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
