Job Overview

Installation Technician at AT&T installs and activates state‑of‑the‑art broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer locations. As a trusted expert you’ll bring a warm, customer‑first experience while ensuring equipment is installed correctly and safely.

• Install, activate, and troubleshoot AT&T broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice solutions at customer homes and businesses.
• Work independently with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, overtime, and emergency callouts.
• Carry or lift up to 60 lbs, use ladders up to 28 ft. and assure ladder safety when required.
• Identify and color‑match wire and cable types.
• Maintain accurate service reports and follow safety protocols.

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and weigh less than 325 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends and on‑call duties.
• Completion of required pre‑employment assessments.
• Ability to work in small spaces and at heights up to 28 ft.

Hourly wage: $18.86 – $30.71
Annual starting salary: $43,966 (depends on geography, experience and education).
