HVACR Parts​/Repair Quoter

Work hours:

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

• Order parts for repairs, make new orders and contact Customers in a timely manner.
• Filing claims accurately and in a timely manner for parts purchase with warranty.
• Purchasing of inventoried parts, special ordered parts and equipment as needed.
• Follow up on quotes from Parts department, through calls, emails and invoices of service technicians.
• Issue PO’s and VC's.
• Complete warranty returns for parts; equipment and labor as required, and in the allotted amount of time.
• Receive purchase orders and send packing slips to Accounting.
• Ensure PO and VC are processed properly and timely manner. (30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PICK UP)
• Inform runners when parts need to be picked up at supplier.
• Other task’s as assigned.

These include the following:

• Accuracy of paper work, hours & materials charged to jobs.
• Number of will calls as a result of parts and equipment not being available when needed.
• Number of open VC’s, PO’s. ( both dollar amount and ticket number are important).
• Claims successfully processed.
