Golf Ranger; Delray , FL

We are seeking to hire a Golf Ranger to join our professional team. This is a part-time position.

Monitor golf courses in accordance with policies and procedures set forth and providing a measure of security for members and their guests.

• Maintain constant radio communication w/ Starter, Golf Center, Bagroom and GPS.
• Check course conditions for day.
• Complete the daily checklists for the appropriate shifts.
• Complete the daily tracking report.
• Monitor and reconcile all play to match tee sheets and changes throughout day.
• Monitor and maintain all comfort stations with proper levels of ice, cups and lids.
• Report any comfort station or trash problem immediately.
• Assure all security phones are in proper working order.
• Monitor for course care and assist in upkeep.
• Administer established Education training programs.
• Mark red hazard lines as scheduled.
• Enforce all policies and procedures.
• Communicate with others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Respond promptly when returning telephone calls and replying to correspondence and faxes.
• Maintain constant radio communication w/ Starter, Golf Center, Bag Room, and GPS.
• Enforce all policies and procedures.
• Communicate with members and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

• Requires knowledge of the game of golf
• Must be available to work weekend including holidays
• Requires the ability to work out of doors in the heat and inclement weather
• Must be able to multi-task and think quickly
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions
