This part-time role focuses on invoice processing, vendor inquiries, and maintaining comprehensive records. Key Responsibilities:
• Process and enter invoices on time and accurately
• Post invoice batches and maintain documentation
• Update and maintain vendor information regularly
• Address vendor queries and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with cheque runs and payment processes
Requirements:
• Over 1 year of relevant Accounts Payable experience
• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting preferred
• Experience in strata management is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
