ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN – TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT (NEUVILLE)
A family-owned business founded in 1969, we are continuously growing. Today, we have 8 branches specializing in agricultural equipment across Québec. Our team supports daily operations with professional services in accounting, administration, and management.
As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to support our accounting activities.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records
- Manage daily accounts payable operations
- Enter invoices into the system
- Reconcile with suppliers’ bank statements
- Pay invoices
- Issue invoices for sales contracts
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure follow-up of financial transactions
- Manage petty cash and reconcile payments by card, cash, and cheques
- Participate in the preparation of financing files
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management
Profile Sought
- Diploma in accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and priority management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in work execution
