ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN – TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT (NEUVILLE)

A family-owned business founded in 1969, we are continuously growing. Today, we have 8 branches specializing in agricultural equipment across Québec. Our team supports daily operations with professional services in accounting, administration, and management.

As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to support our accounting activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records
• Manage daily accounts payable operations
• Enter invoices into the system
• Reconcile with suppliers’ bank statements
• Pay invoices
• Issue invoices for sales contracts
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure follow-up of financial transactions
• Manage petty cash and reconcile payments by card, cash, and cheques
• Participate in the preparation of financing files
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management

Profile Sought

• Diploma in accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational, communication, and priority management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in work execution
