Experienced Accounting Clerk

An excellent opportunity awaits as an Accounting Clerk for our client in Delta, specializing in Accounts Payable and Receivable. This in-office position includes bookkeeping and general office administration responsibilities.

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk with over two years of experience in this field. You'll directly support the Controller by managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting.

Your role will also include office management tasks and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process AP invoices efficiently

• Match purchase orders accurately

• Execute soft collection phone calls for AR

• Maintain thorough and current records

• Assist in financial reporting and account reconciliation

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of accounting experience

• Degree or diploma in Accounting preferred

• Proven AP/AR experience with transaction processing

• Strong knowledge of accounting software

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
