This role requires supporting the Finance department by recording expenses, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. You will handle monthly reconciliations, manage expense reports, and assist in the collection processes. It's a pivotal role for candidates with a background in accounting and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly expenses with appropriate approvals
• Prepare payments for invoices and staff expenses
• Conduct daily monthly financial reconciliations
• Manage accounting inquiries and email inbox
• File and organize financial records efficiently
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in accounts payable and receivable
• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting diploma
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
