Reporting to the Controller, this essential role oversees financial administration across multiple entities, with direct supervision of the Accounts Payable team. Take the lead in managing payroll accounting, monthly financial closings, and reconciliation tasks. Your commitment to precision and compliance will drive improvements in our financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end closing and ensure accurate financial records

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements

• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

• Supervise payroll accounting and accounts payable

• Support government surveys and tax filings

Requirements:

• 8+ years in accounting, preferably in manufacturing

• Experience with ERP systems like Dynamics 365

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently with high accuracy
