Position: Accounting Manager Intelligent Building
Delta Intelligent Building Technologies is seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations. This hybrid role involves financial reporting, budget management, and team supervision to uphold accounting standards.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is vital in maintaining the General Ledger and managing critical month-end and year-end close processes. The Accounting Manager will also support financial analysis and budgeting while ensuring organizational compliance through audit activities and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

• Assist in financial statement preparation per GAAP and IFRS

• Perform complex account reconciliations and variance investigations

• Support budgeting and monthly forecasting activities

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Proficiency in financial reporting and month-end close

• Knowledge of statutory tax filings and internal controls

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics GP

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office
