Experienced Accounting Manager

Join Delta Intelligent Building Technologies as an Accounting Manager, where you'll drive financial excellence in a hybrid work model. This role emphasizes financial reporting, team leadership, and compliance.

In this full-time position, you'll report directly to the Financial Controller, ensuring the accuracy of the General Ledger and supporting month-end and year-end processes. As an integral part of the finance team, you will oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and actively contribute to budgeting and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy

• Manage month-end and year-end financial closure

• Prepare financial statements according to GAAP and IFRS

• Analyze operating results to clarify financial variances

• Support audits by providing needed documentation

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Competence in financial reporting and budgeting

• Familiarity with statutory tax filings

• ERP software knowledge such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP

• Strong analytical and communication skills
